Will I receive a printed item?

No. Printchen provides online design software and digital downloads. Printing, hardware and shipping are not included.

Do I need CAD experience?

No. Simple controls let you customise your design and see every change in 3D.

Which file will I receive?

You receive a digital 3MF file of your unlocked design revision. Making the physical object requires a suitable 3D printer, material and slicer software.

Is every product free?

No. Only the product explicitly marked as a free offer is free. All other products keep their regular price.

How are customer designs published?

Only with explicit permission. Private information is never published as gallery content.
